Tuna In Tomato Wine Sauce
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz), drained and chopped|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried leaf oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tuna in vegetable oil||2 Can (20 oz), drained, flaked|
|Feta cheese||4 Ounce, coarsely crumbled|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oil in a medium size skillet; saute onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, wine, parsley, tomato paste, oregano and pepper; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly.
Stir in tuna and cheese; heat through.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
