Tuna In Tomato Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), drained and chopped
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Dried leaf oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tuna in vegetable oil 2 Can (20 oz), drained, flaked
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, coarsely crumbled
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in a medium size skillet; saute onion and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, wine, parsley, tomato paste, oregano and pepper; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly.
Stir in tuna and cheese; heat through.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
