Ham With Spicy Raisin Sauce

  Cooked ham slice 1 1⁄2 Pound, fully cooked, cut 1 inch thick
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned raisin pie filling 22 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Preheat broiler.
Slash fat edge of ham.
Broil about 3 inches from heat for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, in saucepan blend together brown sugar, dry mustard, and ginger.
Stir in raisin pie filling, vinegar, water, and Worcestershire sauce; heat to boiling.
Serve raisin sauce with ham.
Makes 6 servings.
