Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter.
Add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour; toss.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes, or till tender.
Add soy sauce; slowly stir in cream.
Cook and stir till mixture bubbles and thickens.
Season to taste.
