Brown Derby With Sauce Diablo

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Canned beef gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the ground beef, eggs, chicken broth, mustard, salt, pepper, onion and 2 tablespoons of the worcestershire sauce in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 6 to 8 patties.
Place in a heavy skillet over medium heat and brown both sides.
Arrange the pat ties in a large baking dish.
Combine the canned beef gravy, the 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, ketchup and butter in a saucepan over medium low heat and cook until butter is melted, stirring constantly.
Pour the gravy mixture over the patties.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
