Green Onion Sauce (Sos Szczypiorkowy)

The green onion sauce is a fresh and flavorful sauce prepared with green onions, eggs and sour cream. Combined together with mustard and lemon juice for flavor, the green onion sauce can be served hot or cold and I find it very appetizing, served with almost anything that you fancy.
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine sour cream, green onion, egg yolk, prepared mustard, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
Serve hot or cold.
