This deep and rich chocolate sauce is a dream sauce for any chocoholic. Prepared with chocolate along with milk and flavored with a hint of vanilla, the chocolate sauce goes best with ice creams, cakes, brownies and even cupcakes.
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put all ingredients into MINI BLEND container.
Process at BLEND until chocolate is liquefied and sauce is thick and creamy.
Note: Recipe may be doubled and prepared in large Osterizer container.
