Chicken In Sour Cream Sauce

The chicken in sour cream sauce is made with chicken drumsticks. Mixed in a casserole dish with vegetables like onions, potatoes and carrots, the chicken in sour cream sauce is spiced with paprika and cooked in chicken stock and sour cream. Roasted in the oven, the chicken in sour cream sauce can be served with rice or baked potatoes or vegetables. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Chicken drumsticks 8
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Potatoes 2 Small, thinly sliced
  Carrot 1 , cubed
  Celery stick 2 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 100 Milliliter
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Green capsicum 1 Small, sliced into rings
  Red capsicum 1 Small, sliced into rings
Directions

Place chicken drumsticks, onion, potatoes, carrot, celery, salt, pepper and paprika in a 2-litre casserole dish, 2.
Mix together chicken stock, sour cream and flour.
Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook for 35-45 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°C 4.
Stir in capsicum rings.
Bake a further 5-10 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°C
