Chicken Burgers With Herbed Yogurt Sauce

These chicken burgers with herbed yogurt sauce makes for a complete meal. Prepared with ground chicken mixed along with oregano and paprika with garlic and bread crumbs, the chicken burgers are grilled and served on buns with a topping of yogurt sauce.
Ingredients
  Lean ground chicken breast 1 Pound
  Egg whites/1 whole egg 2
  Whole wheat/Whole wheat breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Yoghurt cheese/Extra-thick yogurt 250 milliliter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley/Mint / dill / cilantro / a combination 2 Tablespoon
  Hot red pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt To Taste, minced
  Pepper To Taste, minced
  Pita breads 6
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, combine chicken, egg whites, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, lemon peel and garlic.
Knead together well.
Shape into 6 burgers about 1/2 inch/1 cm thick.
To make sauce, in small bowl, combine yogurt cheese, herbs, hot pepper sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Grill burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
To assemble, cut open one end of each pita to form pocket.
Fit a burger and some lettuce into each pita and drizzle with sauce.
