Dill Flavored White Sauce
|Stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk powder||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced dill||1 Tablespoon|
Blend all ingredients together.
Turn into saucepan.
Cook over gentle heat, stirring, until mixture is smooth and thick.
For a thinner sauce, reduce quantity of flour; for a thicker sauce, add more flour.
Use with any vegetable.
Variations Add 1/2 cup grated cheese to sauce while cooking.
Substitute other herbs, as desired, for dill.
