Chicken With Hoisin Sauce
|Chicken breast halves||4 , boned, skinned, and cut into 0.75 inch cubes|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 0.5 inch squares|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 0.5 inch cubes|
|Hoisin sauce||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cashews||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sprinkle the cubed chicken with cornstarch, dry sherry, and soy sauce.
Toss to coat well and set aside.
Stirfry the green pepper in the oil for 1 minute.
Stirfry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stirfry chicken 2 to 3 minutes, until done.
Add hoisin sauce and cashews.
Reheat and stir briefly.
Serve at once.
