Honey Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Heat together stock and vinegar.
Add honey and stir well.
Add mint.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
This sauce can be used to baste lamb chops or lamb roasts, or served with lamb at the table.
