JuanMontalvo's picture
This sauce is another staple of thanksgiving. This recipe can be made with canned or frozen cranberries. I am using the fresh cranberries for the sauce. Simply mix all the ingredients and make a nice sauce for the Thanksgiving dinner.
  Cranberries/Frozen cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime 1
  Shallot 1 , minced
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Place cranberries in a bowl and drizzle with 1/4 cup of honey. Using a zester, zest some of the lime over the cranberries. Squeeze in the juice from the lime and stir in the shallots, tarragon, and salt and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve at room temperature.
