Pork Chops With Tomato-Olive Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and halved
  Stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown chops in fat; add salt, pepper and garlic.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Place sliced tomatoes and olives in bottom of shallow baking dish.
Combine flour, salt and pepper; sprinkle over tomatoes and olives.
Add chops; discard garlic.
Measure 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet; pour over chops.
Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
