Cornish Hen With Orange Sauce
|Cornish hen||1 1⁄2 Pound, pounded|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Onion powder||To Taste|
|Orange marmalade||3 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place Cornish hen in baking dish; dot with margarine.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and small amount paprika.
Place in toaster oven; bake at 325Â°F for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
Heat orange marmalade in saucepan with small amount of water until boiling.
Simmer on low, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour over chicken; bake for another 20 minutes or until nicely browned and desired doneness is reached.
