Sauce elegante is a flavorful sauce cooked with herbs and shrimp and flavored with bourdeaux wine. Served hot over shrimp mousse or any other seafood, this sauce adds a high flavor profile to the served dish.
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Dry white bordeaux wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
|Parsley sprigs||2 Medium|
|Shrimp||1⁄4 Pound, cooked, cleaned|
Combine ingredients in Osterizer container.
Cover and CYCLE/GRATE.
Pour into saucepan.
Heat slowly until hot.
Pour over Shrimp Mousse Elegante.
