Sauce Elegante

Sauce elegante is a flavorful sauce cooked with herbs and shrimp and flavored with bourdeaux wine. Served hot over shrimp mousse or any other seafood, this sauce adds a high flavor profile to the served dish.
Ingredients
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Dry white bordeaux wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Parsley sprigs 2 Medium
  Shrimp 1⁄4 Pound, cooked, cleaned
Directions

Combine ingredients in Osterizer container.
Cover and CYCLE/GRATE.
Pour into saucepan.
Heat slowly until hot.
Pour over Shrimp Mousse Elegante.
