Ham Logs With Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground ham 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Quick oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 6 logs about 6 1/2 inches long.
Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; cook and stir until bubbles.
Pour sauce over meat logs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
