Low Calorie Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend water, lemon juice and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Beat with rotary beater.
Gradually sprinkle milk powder into mixture, beating constantly, until mixture thickens.
This will take time.
Add honey a little at a time.
Continue beating until mixture is stiff enough to stand in peaks.
