This Handmade Melba Sauce has transformed dessert icecreams to an extremely irresistible fare ! Try out this Handmade Melba Sauce on a variety of dessert puddings and cakes, and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Raspberries/Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Arrowroot 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash berries and place in a small saucepan with the 2 tablespoons water, sugar, and lemon juice.
Simmer together gently for 5 minutes and press through a fine sieve.
Return to a clean saucepan and thicken with 1 teaspoon arrowroot dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water.
Chill before serving.
