Mustard Sauce

This recipe for mustard sauce is a simple and easy to make. Prepared by cooking over low heat with prepared mustard along with butter, flour, milk and horseradish, the mustard sauce is seasoned with pepper and can be served with meat or fish of choice.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
Boil and stir I minute.
Stir in mustard and horseradish.
Heat until hot.
Cool.
