|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh or frozen)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Place berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
2. Remove cover and microwave on high for 5 more minutes or until sauce is slightly thick.
