Ingredients
  Apple/Pear 1 Small, cored peeled and chopped
  Raisins/Chopped dried apricots / prunes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nonfat plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen apples/Orange / cranberry juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place apple or pear, raisins or other dried fruit, yogurt, and juice concentrate in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
