|Apple/Pear||1 Small, cored peeled and chopped|
|Raisins/Chopped dried apricots / prunes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nonfat plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen apples/Orange / cranberry juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place apple or pear, raisins or other dried fruit, yogurt, and juice concentrate in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
