Lemon-Vanilla Peach Sauce

|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed|
|Peaches||3 , peeled, pitted, and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the water, brown sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in a microwave-safe casserole.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the liquid boils.
Remove the casserole from microwave and stir in peaches.
Chill before serving.
