Bream Baked In Lemon And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Sea bream fillets 8
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 250 Gram, sliced
Directions

1.
Arrange fish fillets in a shallow ovenproof dish.
2.
Melt butter in a jug for 30 seconds on HIGH, add flour; cook for 1 minute on HIGH.
3.
Gradually stir in milk; add bay leaf and pepper.
4.
Cook for 3 minutes on HIGH or until sauce thickens, stirring twice during cooking.
5.
Add lemon juice and mushrooms-, pour over fish.
6.
Place on carousel and cook for 7-9 minutes on MEDIUM.
Remove bay leaf.
