Blended Butter Sauce

Butter Sauce is a mouth watering sauce recipe. I am sure this tasty and irresistible dish will get you a lot of compliments!
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon, rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg yolks till thick and lemon colored.
Gradually add sugar and continue to beat.
Add butter, lemon rind and juice.
Blend and fold in the cream.
