|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend honey, oil, flour and eggs in top of double boiler.
Cook gently over hot water, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice.
Fold in yoghurt.
Serve over plain cake or pudding.
