Cavatelli With Three Cheese Sauce

  Rotelle/Cavatelli 8 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, cut up
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
Set aside.
For cheese sauce in a saucepan melt margarine or butter.
Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 minute more.
Stir in cream cheese and mozzarella cheese till cheeses are melted.
Gently fold the cooked cavatelli or rotelle into the cheese sauce.
Turn mixture into a greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes or till heated through.
Garnish with sliced tomato, if desired
