Chocolate Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate square 4
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped diamond walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In medium, heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and salt, then gradually stir in cream.
Cook and stir over medium-low heat 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is smooth and satiny.
Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
To reheat sauce, warm in small saucepan over low heat.
