Strawberries And Raspberries With Blueberry-Orange Sauce
|Frozen blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), fresh or thawed|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), fresh or thawed|
Combine blueberries, orange juice, orange peel, and honey in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Place blueberries in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Toss strawberries with raspberries and place in 4 small bowls.
Top with blueberry sauce.
