Mint Sparkle Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fruit syrup||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Blend sugar and cornstarch in medium-size saucepan; stir in fruit syrups (there should be about 21/2 cups).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly and boil for 3 minutes; remove from heat; stir in lemon rind and juice Serve warm or cold.
