Fluffy Hard Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Egg white||1 , stiff beaten|
Cream the butter; stir in egg yolk; gradually beat in sugar till fluffy and light.
Fold in egg white.
Vary flavor with lemon or orange juice and grated peel, or rum or brandy flavoring.
