Sweet Sour Basting Sauce
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple juice concentrate||6 Ounce|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Green pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Put all ingredients except pineapple chunks and green pepper strips into Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX until thoroughly blended.
Brush on pork or chicken while it broils, roasts, or barbecues.
Add a few pineapple chunks and green pepper strips for garnish.
