Rum Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Orange 1 Large, juice and grated peel
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sun-maid raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Honey/Corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark rum 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium saucepan, combine orange juice and peel, and water.
Stir in cornstarch until smooth.
Add honey, brown sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add raisins and cook 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat and stir in rum to taste.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
