Clam Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Clam juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), hot
  Parsley sprigs 2 , minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Dulse 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Mace 1 Pinch, ground
  Clams 1 Dozen, steamed, minced (Small Sized)
Directions

Saute garlic in oil and blend flours in.
Gradually add clam juice.
Continue to cook, stirring, until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients, except clams, and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add clams and cook only until heated through.
Serve over plain steamed fish.
