Tuna With Mushroom Sauce

|Tuna||14 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced in thin rings|
|Green pepper||1 Teaspoon, seeded and sliced in thin strips|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Shredded processed american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Grease a 6 cup casserole and in it make layers of tuna, onion, pepper and parsley.
Dilute soup with water; add salt and pepper and pour over layers in casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake approximately for 20 minutes in hot oven (400Â°).
