Ingredients
  Tuna 14 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced in thin rings
  Green pepper 1 Teaspoon, seeded and sliced in thin strips
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded processed american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Grease a 6 cup casserole and in it make layers of tuna, onion, pepper and parsley.
Dilute soup with water; add salt and pepper and pour over layers in casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake approximately for 20 minutes in hot oven (400°).
