Broccoli In Cream Sauce
|Broccoli||2 Pound (About 3 Cups)|
|Canned cream of celery soup||10 Ounce|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut stems in 1 inch pieces, leaving florets a little longer.
Use all the broccoli.
Put broccoli in cooker.
Mix undiluted soup with water and add salt.
Pour over the broccoli.
Close cover on cooker.
Set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook 3 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
