Beef Cubes In Mushroom-Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Sirloin 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Accent seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hot fat 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Beef gravy 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce
  Crushed basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking claret 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Trim excess fat from meat.
Dredge meat cubes in mixture of flour, Accent, salt and pepper.
Brown meat in hot fat.
Push meat to side of pan.
Add onion and garlic; cook for 3 minutes.
Add gravy, mushrooms and basil.
Cover and simmer for 50 minutes or until tender.
Add claret.
Serve on hot rice.
