White Mushrooms In Cream
|Dry white mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1 In a bowl, soak the mushrooms overnight.
2 In a pan, boil the mushrooms until tender.
3 Cut them into medium size pieces.
4 Chop the onion finely.
5 In a pan, heat the butter.
6 Add in chopped onions and cook until light brown.
7 Add in the flour and stir fry lightly, do not brown.
8 Add in the milk and stir until a little thick.
9 Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
10 Add the cream, salt and pepper and mix well.
11 Remove from the heat.
12 Serve hot.
