Angel Hair Pasta With Steamed Vegetables And Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Non fat chicken broth 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), peeled and chopped
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Yellow summer squash 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, seeded and cut into chunks
  Balsamic vinegar 35 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Angel hair pasta 12 Ounce, cooked until al dente and well drained in a colander
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine chicken broth and garlic in a small saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Heat 1 inch of water in a steamer.
Place zucchini, yellow summer squash, and red pepper in a steamer basket or collander, cover, and steam until squash are tender.
Pour broth-garlic mixture into a blender or food processor and add balsamic vinegar.
Process until smooth.
Return to saucepan over low heat until ready to serve.
Toss together cooked pasta, steamed vegetables, scallions, cherry tomatoes, and garlic puree in a large bowl.
