Chocolate Velvet Sauce
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cannned evaporated milk||6 Ounce|
In saucepan, combine chocolate pieces and corn syrup; cook and stir over low heat till chocolate melts.
Remove from heat; cool.
Stir in evaporated milk.
Serve warm or cold over vanilla ice cream.
Store extra sauce covered in refrigerator
