Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3
  Confectioner' s sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sifted
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt; fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
Stir before using
