Shrimp In Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), sliced
  Chinese dried black mushrooms 5 , soaked 30 minutes in warm water and sliced
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), fresh or frozen defrosted
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound
  Chicken broth/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon (In 2 Tablespoons Water)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in wok and stirfry onion, ginger, and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and peas and stir fry 1 to 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue to stirfry 1 to 2 minutes.
Combine broth, soy sauce, salt, and the cornstarch mixture.
Add to wok and heat until sauce boils and has thickened.
Serve immediately with boiled rice.
