Ingredients
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Medium White Sauce)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon (For Medium White Sauce)
  Milk/Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Medium White Sauce)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon (For Thick White Sauce)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon (For Thick White Sauce)
  Milk/Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Thick White Sauce)
Directions

Put ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at WHIP until well blended.
Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
