Chicken In Tomato Sauce
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Rub the chicken pieces with salt.
Heat shortening in cooker and brown the chicken on all sides.
Sprinkle with dillweed and onion; add catsup and water.
Close cover of cooker and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool of its own accord.
