Onions In Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 4 Large, cut into 1/4 inch rings
  Shortening 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (optional)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place ingredients in cooker in order given.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When control indicates pressure is reached, cook for 4 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Serve.
