|Shrimps||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, chopped|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dulse||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
Saute shrimps and set aside.
Blend flours in pan in which shrimps were cooked.
Gradually add milk and cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened.
Blend remaining ingredients, except eggs and add to milk mixture.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimps and eggs.
When hot, serve over plain steamed fish.
