Honey Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Simmer raisins in stock until soft.
Add honey and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Add lemon juice.
Serve with ham.
