Honey Raisin Sauce
|Seedless raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Simmer raisins in stock until soft.
Add honey and continue simmering gently for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Serve with ham.
