Garlic Meatballs In Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Meatballs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bread slice 3 , torn into soft crumbs
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Lemon sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and form into walnut sized balls.
Place in slow cooker.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
Serve with rice.
