Maggi Noodles With Soy Sauce

A quick to fix noodles snack made with maggi noodles. Flavored with soy sauce and chili sauce, this snacky noodles is quite savory and easily prepared.
Ingredients
  Maggi noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen, Thaw If Frozen)
  Diced green bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a sauce pan bring water to a boil.
Add in one packet of Maggi noodles.
Stir and separate into strands as it cooks.
Add in the peas and carrots.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add the taste maker when the water has reduced a bit.
Stir well and add the bell peppers and let more water reduce.
Reduce heat to low.
Add the desired amount of soy sauce to flavor. I add about 1-1 1/2 tsp.
Stir well and add about 1 tsp chili sauce.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Keep as much of the liquid as you desire and take it off the heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Enjoy!

yes.. n the coriander really tops it all! I myself prefer it without the chili sauce, but don't use more than just a dash of it, else it overpowers the soy sauce flavor :)

WONT YOU NEED TO FRY THE VEGGIES ?

You can fry them too. It is prepared both ways. If frying, boil the noodles separately or you can fry the vegetables and then add water and noodles to it. Usually these vegetable don't need long cooking,so when in hurry, this is the best way to make it, it tastes more or less the same.
