Maggi Noodles With Soy Sauce
|Maggi noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen, Thaw If Frozen)|
|Diced green bell peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a sauce pan bring water to a boil.
Add in one packet of Maggi noodles.
Stir and separate into strands as it cooks.
Add in the peas and carrots.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add the taste maker when the water has reduced a bit.
Stir well and add the bell peppers and let more water reduce.
Reduce heat to low.
Add the desired amount of soy sauce to flavor. I add about 1-1 1/2 tsp.
Stir well and add about 1 tsp chili sauce.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Keep as much of the liquid as you desire and take it off the heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
