Flounder With Hollandaise-Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hollandaise sauce mix 7⁄8 Ounce
  Frozen cooked shrimp 8 Ounce, drained and thawed
Directions

Arrange fillets in a lightly greased 15-x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Set fillets aside.
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
Add shrimp.
Bake fillets, uncovered, at 375° for 10 minutes.
Drain off liquid.
Pour hollandaise sauce over fillets, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
