Flounder With Blue-Cheese Sauce
|Flounder fillets||2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crumbled|
Lay flounder fillets in bottom of pressure cooker.
Add lemon juice, onion, parsley, and water.
Close cover and put pressure regulator in place.
When regulator rocks gently, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
When you have removed regulator and cover, stir in the cream and blue cheese over a very low flame.
When this mixture is heated through, serve at once.
